The Scarlet Speedster

Back in a flash (about a month late, my bad)! Time for me to put something out since it has been a while, not gonna lie, the inktober burnt me out quite a bit, so hopefully, I still post one piece of art a month.
Learnt quite a few techniques here with the blending of blurs, and creating lightning on photoshop, overall, it's good to be back (for now lol)
